At IG Clothing, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy — whether it’s due to size, fit, quality, or change of mind — we’re here to help you with returns, exchanges, or refunds as described below.
To qualify for a return or exchange:
Items must be returned within [X] days of delivery.
Products must be unworn, unused, unwashed, and in their original condition, with all original tags, labels, and packaging intact.
A valid proof of purchase or order number/receipt must be provided.
Returns or exchanges are only accepted if all above requirements are met. Pre-loved, altered, damaged (after delivery), or items with missing tags/packaging are not eligible.
(Optional exception examples: Sale items, “final-sale” items, or certain accessories may be excluded. If you have such policy, mention it clearly here.)
You may return or request an exchange of eligible items within [14 / 30] days from the date you receive your order.
Email us at info@igclothing.com with your order number, item(s) to return, and the reason for return/exchange.
Wait for our confirmation email. We may provide a return authorization and return shipping instructions (if applicable).
Pack the item(s) securely in their original packaging with all tags attached.
Ship the return (or drop off / courier pickup if you are near a store / return point — if you have a physical store or pickup option).
Returns via mail: [state who pays for shipping — you or customer].
If items are returned in person (e.g. drop-off at store), there is no shipping cost to you.
We recommend using a trackable/insured shipping method — we are not responsible for items lost in transit.
Once we receive the returned item and confirm it meets eligibility conditions, we’ll process your refund or exchange.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method (or store credit, if you prefer). Processing time may vary depending on your bank/payment provider — typically [7–14 business days] after we approve the return.
In case of exchange, the new item will be shipped once return is accepted (if stock available).
If you receive a damaged or defective item — or the wrong product — please contact us within [X] days of delivery. We’ll ask for a photo of the issue, then arrange either a free replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer.
The following items cannot be returned or refunded:
Items marked as “final sale” or discounted beyond clearance.
Items that are worn, washed, or altered after delivery.
Items with missing or removed tags, labels, or packaging.
Any item returned after the return window has expired.

Once your order is placed, you may request cancellation within [X hours] (before shipping) by emailing us at info@igclothing.com. Once the order is shipped, it can no longer be cancelled — but you may return it under the standard Returns & Refund Policy once received.
